Hello High Achievers. Last week I didn't know if I was coming or going. I was so wonderfully busy. I have businesses and I must study every day. This is what D.S.Woodard Consulting is about, getting business people to work for themselves and their generational well-being.
It's past the time for my 5th book to be published, it's just a little challenging to pause everything I'm doing and complete it. The research is mind-blowing and very detailed, but I want it to contain specific information I feel is necessary, along with the things I've learned since I became a vegan 6 years ago. I had no idea that our bodies being the well-oiled machines that they are had very precise things that keep it operating properly. This book is on well-being, nutrition, fitness, etc. I also have a specific mini-women's book that I'm completing. All my gentlemen business follower's you may purchase these books for your significant other, your mom or grandmother, your daughter, niece, or any female you care about, it will be a great gift.
I also have the High Achievers University class to complete its course content, this blog, etc.
I say all this because I can see that even though the time has been given to us to do the things we love to do to create a legacy for generations to come, it can still be overwhelming to as Yoda said, "Do or Do Not, there is no try!"
I always love this quote. It is short and sweet, but the message is so powerful. In each moment we can do what we say we want to do, our purpose our goals, our fantasies. In that same moment we can choose to, do not, by allowing something or someone to distract us.
I do it often. The social media is set up to distract us and focus us on its creator's agenda. If you give yourself a reminder that the creator of this platform is wealthy, and so are his/her great, great, great grandchildren. That should be enough to pull you back to reality. If not, call your bank and listen to your bank balance, if it gives you anything less than 6 or 7 figures you need to get back to work on finding the solution to someones problem. That is what we do as small business owners. We solve someones problem.
Things you should remember to do daily as you are creating your business from home.
1. Eat, try to eat regularly. Being home all day you may not eat at regular intervals, but it is important for your health.
2. Exercise, you can walk the block or you could walk up and down the stairs of your home several times, also the Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart's are big stores and still are open so you can walk from one end to the other 2 to 3 times out the week.
3. Take time to relax, meditate, pray, turn off your technology for a 15- 30- minute time frame.
Here's a tool that you can use to help as you are in your creative mode and it's free.
It's also available for your smart phones, and it really does help.

Let's remember we must unlearn what we have learned that is holding us in mediocrity, or average life achievements.
