How to Press Through the Toughest Season

Welcome 2019 winter season. This image is what we must endure for the next part of our journey. To be successful we can not have fear. We must learn some new things and use new strategies.

We must start to keep track of where we are daily. This is a great task. I keep track of what happens in my life most days. The challenge is as you are living your life it's easy to get distracted.

I started 2019 on day one making note of daily financials incoming and outgoing, and goals and things that I had done or accomplished. It was only a few days in that I noticed that I missed a day here and then I missed a day there on keeping track.

This month I'm promoting my journal that has 366 quotes and space for you to journal your thoughts and ideas. It will help. The link is alive, but you can get it at DSWoodard365amazon.

Focusing daily on what we are actually accomplishing and those things that are getting left undone will help us grow. Watch this video by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as he teaches about our blueprint which is our foundation to creating our best life. There is a longer version, but for the blog I like to post short videos when possible.

Don't forget at the end of each day for the full year of 2019 take 5 minutes or more if needed to get a grip on what you are actually doing not what you think you are doing. If you are unable to get the journal or if you plan to get it at a later time use a simple marble composition notebook from the Dollar Store. If Dr. King can't get you motivated to get something going I'm not sure this is the right blog for you. Make sure to "build baby build" and "learn baby learn so you can do as Dr. King say's in his lesson.
